Abstract

This study investigates the influence of authentic leadership on training effectiveness within the context of commercial banks in Bangladesh. Authentic leadership, characterized by transparency, self-awareness, and ethical behavior, plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational cultures and enhancing employee performance. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, this research combines surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to assess the impact of authentic leadership on training outcomes. Findings suggest that authentic leadership positively correlates with improved training effectiveness, fostering a culture of trust, openness, and personal growth.
