"The Influence of Internet Banking on Operational Performance: A Case Study of Commercial Banks in Nakuru County, Kenya" investigates the impact of internet banking on the operational performance of commercial banks in Nakuru County, Kenya. Utilizing a case study approach, this research assesses the extent to which internet banking adoption influences various operational metrics such as efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction within commercial banks operating in Nakuru County. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses, the study examines the advantages and challenges associated with internet banking implementation and its implications for enhancing operational efficiency and competitiveness in the banking sector. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, bank managers, and stakeholders seeking to leverage internet banking to improve operational performance and customer service delivery in the Kenyan banking industry.
