It examines how organizations and educational institutions have navigated the challenges posed by lockdowns, social distancing, and remote work, leading to a permanent transformation in training delivery and guidance practices. The analysis delves into the emergence of hybrid learning models, the role of technology in facilitating remote training, and the importance of flexibility and resilience in educational strategies.
